We accept all forms of payment through PayPal and additionally offer payment through Google Checkout. We also accept mail payments using U.S. POSTAL MONEY ORDERS only. No other Money Orders and no Personal Checks will be accepted and any such payment will be returned to sender if they provide return postage (otherwise we will shred them).

Items are usually sent out within 5 business days but ussually 2-3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) after cleared payment.
We usually ship via USPS First Class, however we may elect to upgrade orders to Priority Mail or UPS at our discretion based on the weight of the total number of items in your order or other factors.

We do not refund or exchange for improper size, color dissatisfaction or other buyer's remorse reasons. Please know your clothing and lingerie measurements before placing an order.
There are no returns or exchanges on lingerie items, panties, hosiery and any item with a crotch due to their personal nature and for hygiene reasons (unless we shipped the wrong item).
All approved returns must be postmarked within FIVE days of receipt of goods by customer to qualify for a purchase price refund. We do not refund or reimburse shipping fees. Merchandise may only be returned if the quality is not as described or if the item is materially different that what was purchased.
* Exchanges and Refunds will not be accepted on worn, soiled, stained or washed merchandise.
* Items to be sent back to us with their original packaging, hang tags still attached, packaged goods in their original unopened packaging, in a re-sellable condition.
* Exchange and Return Items should be sent to us at Customer's own cost. Delivery or shipping fees are not refundable.
* Delivery fee for the replacement items is to be borne by the customers.
We reserve the right to charge a 20% restock fee for all returned items.
